Typical, traditional and modern cuisine in Jávea
Old traditions are combined with a modern cuisine.
Our cuisine is modern, but without losing the old customs in the preparation of the most traditional dishes, such as our rice and paellas made with vine shoot wood. In the kitchen, directed by Mercedes and Mª Teresa, they have merged the experience acquired from their parents, when preparing the typical dishes of the area in the most traditional way, with a more modern and current cuisine. Day by day, we continue to innovate continuously with new dishes, ingredients, flavors, and with a more stylized presentation of the dishes. All this without losing the essence in the flavor, and the touch of the most traditional dishes. The bread is made and baked by us in the most natural way, and a series of typical desserts of our land, which we prepare daily and as required by the day.
