Four brothers who love typical and traditional Mediterranean cuisine

The team, formed by the four siblings, Mercedes and Mª Teresa who run the kitchen, and Guillermo and Cristóbal in the dining rooms, along with a staff of specialized waiters, have been acquiring a very referential experience in the area, over the years. At the beginning, from the parents’ side, they learned the old and good customs at the time of elaborating the most traditional dishes, such as the tasty paellas cooked over firewood or the“Cruet de peix(fish stew), among other dishes. Today, they have evolved a lot in all aspects of the restoration, offering a modern kitchen, with new ideas and a perfect service, where you can taste haute cuisine dishes, with typical and traditional dishes, just as our grandparents ate them.
