THE RESTAURANT
In Mezquida Restaurant, we offer a Mediterranean cuisine, modern, but preserving the old customs in the preparation of the most traditional dishes. The menu presents a wide variety of typical Mediterranean dishes , dry and mellow rice dishes, meats and fish grilled over a wood fire, fresh vegetables, as well as delicious homemade desserts. Taste our rice dishes and paellas to the firewood and you will be able to delight yourself with the flavor of the most traditional Valencian typical food. Our rice dishes are made with rice D.O. Valencia. We have a very varied and extensive wine cellar to pair perfectly all our dishes, a selection of the best D.O. from all over Spain.
OUR LETTER
Our cuisine combines modernity with tradition, especially in rice dishes and paellas made with vine shoot wood. Mercedes and Mª Teresa run a kitchen that fuses the experience inherited from their parents with current techniques, innovating every day in ingredients, flavors and presentations, without losing the essence and flavor of always.
