In the kitchen, directed by <strong>Mercedes<\/strong> and <strong>M\u00aa Teresa<\/strong>, they have merged the <strong>experience acquired from their parents<\/strong>, when preparing the <strong>typical dishes<\/strong> of the area in the most traditional way, with <strong>a more modern<\/strong> and current <strong>cuisine<\/strong>. Day by day, we continue to innovate continuously with <strong>new dishes<\/strong>, ingredients, flavors, and with a more stylized presentation of the dishes.
