At the beginning, from the parents&#8217; side, they learned the old and good customs at the time of elaborating <strong>the most traditional dishes<\/strong>, such as the tasty <strong>paellas cooked over firewood<\/strong> or the<strong>&#8220;Cruet de peix<\/strong>&#8220;<strong>(fish stew<\/strong>), among other dishes.
